Bridge the Cross Fertilization Division Division and the Innovation and Technology Transfer Division in problem-solving via next-generation SR measurement engineering

Smart lab
Objectives
The mission of the “SR Core Research Division” is to embody the novel data analysis method developed by the “Cross Fertilization Division” as an advanced measurement method, and to connect the baton to pioneering new fields by the “Innovation and Technology Transfer Division”. Specifically, our division will enhance the synchrotron radiation measurement methods of diffraction, scattering, imaging, and spectroscopy by taking advantage of the excellent light source characteristics of high brightness and low emittance of next-generation synchrotron radiation. To be adaptable to needs and technologies for greater sophistication and diversity, our division is composed in a smart lab classified by research object, function, plurality, hierarchicalness, interface characteristics, electron spin, and life characteristics to be visualized by next-generation synchrotron radiation measurement, and it is composed to fuse seeds developed by the “Cross Fertilization Division” with the needs of developmental research by “Innovation and Technology Transfer Division”. The goal of this division is to develop next-generation synchrotron radiation measurement that spirals up with seeds by the “Cross Fertilization Division” with the needs of developmental research by “Innovation and Technology Transfer Division”, and to build a scheme to develop the advanced use of next-generation synchrotron radiation that enhances a smarting of innovation.
