AOBA Communique
・Congratulate Japan on successfully initiating the next generation 3GeV Synchrotron Radiation facility construction in Sendai Tohoku and hosting the 1st International Forum for innovation in Next Generation SR. This proves to the world Japan's full-fledged recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake.
・Establish the Summit Meeting amongst SR facilities worldwide to be held on a regular basis as a forum for development of alliances between universities, industry and the facilities to promote basic and applied research.

・東北の仙台市で、次世代３GeV放射光施設の建設を始められ、第一回次世代放射光イノベーションフォーラムを開催された日本に祝意を表する。このことは、日本の東日本大震災からの本格的な復興を世界に証明することである。
・ 放射光を利用した基礎研究や応用研究の利用を推進するために、大学、産業界、施設の連携を進める定期的なフォーラムとして開催する、世界規模のサミット会議を設置する。
